OKRA Desktop Application

OKRA is a local desktop application. By default, it operates entirely on your device and does not connect to any external server.

  • No personal data is collected.
  • No usage data is transmitted.
  • No telemetry, analytics, or crash reporting is sent to AM25 or any third-party.

Optional OKRA account and cloud features

OKRA offers optional account-based features that are entirely voluntary. The core application remains fully functional without creating an account or connecting to any external service. Nothing changes in how OKRA works if you choose not to use these features.

If you choose to create an OKRA account, the following applies:

  • Account registration: An email address and password are required to create an account. The email address is stored on OKRA’s servers, managed by AM25.
  • Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text.
  • Cloud color storage: You may optionally save color samples to OKRA’s cloud. These samples are associated with your account and stored on AM25’s servers.
  • You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting email.

No account data is shared with third-parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Site analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a self-hosted, privacy-oriented tool with the sole purpose of understanding general site usage and improving the user experience.

  • Plausible does not use cookies.
  • No individual user tracking is performed.
  • No full IP addresses are stored.
  • The data collected is aggregated and anonymous.

The analytical information is used exclusively for statistical purposes.

Infrastructure and third-party services

This website is delivered through infrastructure services provided by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses, request headers, and basic traffic metadata) as part of its role in content delivery, caching, and security. This processing is carried out in accordance with Cloudflare’s own privacy practices and is necessary for the proper functioning and protection of the website.
